The usual terminology of histoy has been that the Queen of a country was the consort of the king, whilst queens who were actual rulers are referred to as queen regnant. Ender's Shadow Snr (talk) 18:14, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As a standalone formal title, it would have to be “Mary, Queen consort of the United Kingdom”, although for recognisability, the option of Mary, Queen consort of George V is better.
Just for the sake of transparency, the argument referred to in that comment was made during a debate in March 2023. The redirect was created in October 2022.
