Tertiary education in the EU[edit]

There's a quote "Although Tertiary education in the EU includes universities, it can differ from country to country" is there some legislative act for this? Or what does EU means there? Does this mean that "Although there are countries within the EU where tertiary education includes universities, it can differ from country to country."? M85ße (talk) 11:48, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Merge Higher education[edit]

To merge Higher education into Tertiary education, as these are synonyms with heavy overlap of content. Merge to a term with increasing use, that is also broader in scope. Klbrain (talk) 12:39, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I propose merging Higher education into Tertiary education. They are used interchangeably. The different lemmas including Post-secondary education are used with similar frequency, but Tertiary education slightly more frequent. HudecEmil (talk) 08:52, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think it depends on what's searched more. I think Higher Education is more well known. However best check per google searches etc... Homerethegreat (talk) 12:08, 24 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Page view analysis shows they're very similar, perhaps with Tertiary education rising (and with some big spikes). Klbrain (talk) 09:40, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
