¡Hola! Veo que todavía nadie te da la bienvenida (bola de gachos) así que:

Hello, User:Numerao, welcome to Wikipedia. Here are some useful links in case you haven't already found them;
If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!

Numerao 20:52, 11 Feb 2004 (UTC)

A nomination of an article for deletion is not just cause to insult other contributors with the epithet "rabid", nor to accuse other contributors of racism. Please moderate your tone, and see Wikipedia:Wikiquette. -- Cyan 18:26, 1 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Please do not engage in personal attacks

[edit]

I was about to withdraw my VfD nomination of List of Paraguayans when I saw your remark. Please do not engage in personal attacks. - Texture 18:18, 2 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Comments

[edit]

Numerao, can you post your comments in English rather than Portuguese? This is en.wikipedia.org, after all; most contributors would not understand your comments on the pages that they are watching. - DropDeadGorgias (talk)

I'm sorry, I'll try to write edit summaries in english rahter than spanish. Numerao 01:15, 3 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Evolution of the glyph

[edit]

Your addition of glyph histories to the articles on the numbers 1 and 2 are very fascinating. Would it be possible for you to also make some chart illustrating the evolution, or might all those older glyphs be available in Unicode? PrimeFan 20:26, 24 Aug 2004 (UTC)

I think i could do it. But let me finish the writing part first though. Numerao 19:32, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)

New Mathematics Wikiportal

[edit]

I noticed you've done some work on Mathematics articles. I wanted to point out to you the new Mathematics Wikiportal- more specifically, to the Mathematics Collaboration of the Week page. I'm looking for any math-related stubs or non-existant articles that you would like to see on Wikipedia. Additionally, I wondered if you'd be willing to help out on some of the Collaboration of the Week pages.

I encourage you to vote on the current Collaboration of the Week, because I'm very interested in which articles you think need to be written or added to, and because I understand that I cannot do the enormous amount of work required on some of the Math stubs alone. I'm asking for your help, and also your critiques on the way the portal is set up.

Please direct all comments to my user-talk page, the Math Wikiportal talk page, or the Math Collaboration of the Week talk page. Thanks a lot for your support! ral315 02:54, Feb 11, 2005 (UTC)

Number36

[edit]

Hi, thanks for doing some organising of what I added yesterday on the 36 (number) page, I've done a bit more and added some extra stuff, would be interested to know if you had any more ideas, or if you think the way I've organised it works well. I was thinking perhaps some sort of 'In Geography section might work under sciences maybe? And perhaps a History/Culture section? Number36 04:50, 6 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

classifying geography into sceince works, imo, but I would consult WP:NUM first, maybe ask on teh talk page. Numerao 17:03, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Smarandache-Wellin number, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. —David Eppstein 19:35, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ownership Complaint

[edit]

this edit and this edit are not acceptable per the edit summary - please watch this kind of thing in the future, as it's been rightly complained about. WilyD 19:11, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

alrite, what I did was wrong. but its ok for admins to badmouth and just totally diss projects. Numerao 18:38, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Road to Germany

[edit]

Please stop adding poorly referenced material. It will be reverted. Grsz11 →Review! 18:17, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

as a child you must've liked to punch your classmates saying "Stop hitting yourself! Stop hitting yourself!" Numerao (talk) 23:41, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This is probably pointless to post...but please be more civil, as above here. Also your "they" must refer to the creators of the Verifiability guidelines, not us reverters on the "Road to Germany" page. CTJF83Talk 02:40, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
i don't know about you, at least one of your friends is making an effort to meet halfway. Numerao (talk) 19:57, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppetry

[edit]

You have been accused of sockpuppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/PrimeFan. Thank you. Wikipedia:Do not disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point CTJF83Talk 16:18, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Is that the best one you could come up with? There has to be a better one than that. Numerao (talk) 16:19, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, that is the best. CTJF83Talk 16:21, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You really must be the puppetmaster. You responded awfully quick there. Numerao (talk) 16:22, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:Grsz11, you will be blocked from editing. CTJF83Talk 16:22, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

I have blocked you for 12 hours for disruptive editing and violating WP:POINT. If you wish to contest this block, please use the {{unblock|Your reason here}} template. Thank you. ScarianCall me Pat! 16:36, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked 2

[edit]

After investigating a report at Wikipedia:Requests_for_checkuser/Case/PrimeFan, I have come to the conclusion that this account, along with a large number of other accounts, are all being operated by the same person as abusive sockpuppets. Operating multiple accounts is not permitted when they are used to edit the same articles and debates. However, due to the nature of the IP addresses involved, it is possible that some of these users have coincidentally shared a computer or IP address. If this is the case, you may request to be unblocked by emailing the blocking admin or the unblock mailing list with your official University email address. This is to prevent one person from spoofing the admins with multiple free throwaway email accounts such as gmail or yahoomail. (Your email address will not be stored or used other than for verification.) If this is a misunderstanding I apologize in advance, and your account will be unblocked as soon as you provide proof that you are a separate individual. Be advised two checkusers examined this case and agreed on the results.RlevseTalk 02:55, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
