A Really Interesting, Informative Statement

[edit]

I learned a great deal from the statement that "Goren was born in a taxi (delivered by a fat, old mime) January 14, 1975, but grew up in the town of Oreland, Pennsylvania." Just think of it! That he was able to grow up in Oreland, Pennsylvania IN SPITE OF being born in a taxi. I would never have thought that it is particularly difficult to grow up in Oreland, Pennsylvania, for anyone who was born in a taxi. Are the stigmas and disabilities attaching to people born in taxis merely social, or is it codified in various legal acts and ordinances - or are such stigmas and disabilities physical, emotional, intellectual, and/or developmental - perhaps in addition to the aforementioned social and legal burden? And to think that he was able, at such a young and tender age, to manage to get from "taxi" - and we all know where "taxi" is, don't we? - to Oreland, Pennsylvania! By the way, the article states that he was "delivered by a fat old mime". I hope that isn't his mother you are talking about... Hi There 15:05, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Up End Atom

[edit]

Hi! I know very little about Wikipedia editing so I'm here at the talk page to ask if someone could add a section/sentence about the AaHP tribute album, Up End Atom: A Tribute to Atom and His Package, that was released in 2009. I came here to learn more about it but there isn't even a mention, though one of the songs IS listed in the "References in Popular Section" - MC Lars's cover.

Isn't this dude a high school teacher now?

[edit]

Isn't he? I'll try to add some more biography, even though sources are mostly punk zines.ItsRainingCatsAndDogsAndMen (talk) 12:46, 23 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
