Don't edit others' user pages

[edit]

Please don't edit others' user pages. This is considered vandalism. — Knowledge Seeker 21:51, 23 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

And it wasn't very nice to dump so much text into User talk:Jimbo Wales. That makes it difficult to load the page. It's still easy to revert, however, as administrators can revert edits with a single click—the page does not have to be loaded first. Why are you doing this? — Knowledge Seeker 22:09, 23 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry; what was funny? Are you saying you thought it would be funny to place such a large amount of text on his talk page? No, I don't believe we have previously communicated, unless you were using a different user name (or we've met in real life). Is there any reason you have engaged in this type of vandalism? Please don't vandalize anymore. — Knowledge Seeker 22:43, 23 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your response. I get frustrated sometimes too. But hopefully you can find a way to deal with your frustration without vandalizing. At least don't do what you did to Jimbo's talk page, as it can be disruptive. I'm guessing this isn't your first account so I have no idea how much experience you have at Wikipedia, but if you have any questions or anything, feel free to ask me. Thanks. — Knowledge Seeker 23:17, 23 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
